1. Zero-Server Architecture — How Your Data Stays on Your Device

Ai Sizs is engineered with a strict zero-server footprint mandate. Every computational operation — grayscale conversion, 8×8 SSIM window decomposition, 3×3 Laplacian kernel convolution, variance calculation, and heatmap alpha compositing — executes entirely within your browser's JavaScript runtime via the HTML5 Canvas API.

Specifically:

• No image uploads: your photographs, screenshots, and any other image files are read locally by the browser's FileReader API. At no point is pixel data, EXIF metadata, or file content transmitted to any server.
• No server processing: both similarity.js (SSIM engine) and blur-detector.js (Laplacian engine) are self-contained vanilla JavaScript files with zero network calls — no fetch(), no XMLHttpRequest, no WebSocket connections.
• No temporary storage: image data exists only in your browser's RAM while the tab is open. Closing or refreshing the tab permanently vaporizes all loaded pixel data with no residual traces — no localStorage, no IndexedDB, no sessionStorage persistence.
• Fully functional offline: you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads, and both analysis engines continue working perfectly. This can be verified by opening the browser's Network tab and observing zero outbound data transfers during analysis.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be unambiguous, Ai Sizs does not collect, store, or process any of the following:

• Image files or image pixel data of any kind
• EXIF, IPTC, or XMP metadata embedded in uploaded images
• Analysis results, SSIM scores, or blur detection scores
• User names, email addresses, or registration credentials (there is no registration system)
• IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or device identifiers (no logging infrastructure exists)
• Browsing behavior, click patterns, or session duration metrics
• Referrer URLs, search query terms, or navigation history

The tool operates as a stateless utility: it takes image input from your local file system, performs computation in your browser, displays results on-screen, and retains nothing when you leave.

3. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

Ai Sizs does not deploy any cookies — no authentication cookies, no session cookies, no preference cookies, no analytics cookies, and no tracking cookies. There is no cookie consent banner because there are no cookies to consent to.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is active on this site (measurement ID: G-3RPXZK32SW) via the standard gtag.js snippet. GA4 is configured for anonymous page-view counting only — it reports aggregated metrics such as page URL, referrer, browser type, and approximate geographic region derived from anonymized IP (IP truncation). GA4 does not track individual users across sessions, does not capture any image content or analysis results, and does not set any first-party cookies through this integration. We do not use Google Signals, User-ID, or any cross-device tracking features.

No other third-party analytics, behavioral tracking scripts, heatmapping services, or session recording tools are loaded. There are no Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, or similar marketing tracker integrations.

The only other external resource loaded is Google Material Symbols (icon font), fetched via a standard tag for UI icons. This is a static asset fetch and does not transmit user data.

4. Monetization Model

Ai Sizs is a free tool. Monetization, when implemented, will rely exclusively on static, contextually relevant banner placements positioned outside the core analysis workspace — never interstitials, never popups, never forced interactions. Over time, these placements may transition into premium B2B link partnerships with verified technical organizations in adjacent fields (computer vision, photography equipment, software development).

Critically, no user image content, analysis results, or behavioral data is ever collected, packaged, sold, or shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. The monetization model is designed to be compatible with the zero-data-collection architecture, not dependent on it.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

Because Ai Sizs does not collect, store, or process any personal data, many regulatory obligations are satisfied by architectural design rather than procedural compliance:

• Right to Access (GDPR Art. 15 / CCPA § 1798.100): There is no personal data stored to provide access to. All image processing is ephemeral and client-side only.
• Right to Erasure (GDPR Art. 17 / CCPA § 1798.105): No personal data exists on our servers. Closing your browser tab permanently erases all locally processed image data from RAM.
• Right to Data Portability (GDPR Art. 20): Not applicable — no personal data is held in any structured format.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale (CCPA § 1798.120): We do not sell personal information because we do not collect any.
• Right to Non-Discrimination (CCPA § 1798.125): The tool is fully functional for all users regardless of privacy choices, as there are no privacy-impacting features to toggle.

Ai Sizs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, nor from any user of any age. The tool operates without registration, login, or any form of user identification — making it inherently safe for all age groups.
